1. Please take note that item(s) is not exchangeable nor refundable once payment has been made.
2. We only allow to exchange purchased item(s) when item(s) is terribly damage or stained, but we will ensure each item is in good condition before we send out. If the replacement item is out of stock, you may request to change another item which is same price or in higher priced by paying us the balance amount.
3. You are not allow to ask for refund nor exchange under condition as below:
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
- Return or exchange are not allowed If size measurement given differs about 1-3cm.
- Who did not inform us regarding the reason for exchange and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
